- Is it safe to shop on-line at BodyMindWisdom.com?
We understand your concerns about Internet activities and online shopping. Since we shop online ourselves—we place a strong emphasis on online security. Using the most advanced security and encryption to ensure you the highest level of safety of your transaction, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your personal information is encrypted in transit from your computer to our server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits. As part of the checkout process on our web site, our server verifies that you’re using an approved browser—one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
When you are in our checkout screen, look for the “padlock” symbol at the bottom right of your browser screen. You should also see the “https” address at the upper left of your screen. Both the padlock and the “https” indication show that a secure internet connection is active.

- We accept all leading credit and debit cards directly on our web site.
We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

- What should I do if I have a problem with an order or with a product?
We pride ourselves on good service—and we usually “get it right” the first time.
Some of our products have a limited-time money-back guarantee, which means that after you contact us and receive our acknowledgement, you can return the product having the limited-time money-back guarantee to us (shipping on your expense, to the address from where you received the product). Upon receipt, and if the product is in excellent condition, we will return your money for the product (not including the original S&H cost).
While we don’t usually accept returns for non-defective items without any money-back guarantee, if you have any question, concern, or problem with an order or about a specific product, please contact us. If a return is at all possible, please expect to ship to us at your expense and to receive a refund, less a restocking fee of at least $5 or 15%, and not including the original S&H price and not including any quantity discount and/or free shipping.
We’ve found that almost any problem can be solved—as long as we know about it and can help you. So please contact us first if you have any problem or question.
- How do you ship?
We ship different products using different methods. Our Pinhole Glasses and some music CD’s and our EMFharmonizers ship within the US and internationally by USPS (US Postal Service).
Otherwise, we generally ship most of our products within the Continental 48 US states using UPS Ground.
Note that unless specified otherwise, our indicated shipping prices are only for within the Continental 48 US states —meaning NOT for Alaska & Hawaii, nor outside of the USA.
With some products, we can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, internationally, as well as fast shipment within the US. Call or email us before you order if you have any special requirements. Also check out our new international shipping method with Borderlinx.
- How long does it take?
We normally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, transit times for ground shipments in the Continental US can vary from about 2 to 6 business days. International shipments naturally take longer.
With some of our products, we can ship internationally as well as 2nd day and overnight within the US. Call or email us before you order.
